So simple! So easy! So yummy!
I served this as a side dish with one of my asian fish dishes and it was just perfect! I love bok choy! I could eat it everyday with any of my dinners! Its almost a spinach like vegetable and the oyster sauce gives it an asian sweetness that I love .

RECIPE
Serves 4
2 bunches of baby bok choy, washed and cut (leaves separate from stem
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon of peanut oil
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1/3 cup chicken stock
In a deep frying pan, melt butter and peanut oil. Lightly fry the garlic. Add stems of both vegetables and stir fry for 2-3mins until lightly soft.
Add oyster sauce and stock and fry for 1 min.
Add the leaves and stir fry for 2-3mins or until just soft.
Serve immediately
