Do you wonder what else can you do with those sausages in your fridge!

Sure, it's ok to BBQ them but this recipe will extend your dinners for another day and keep everyone content.

Super easy and delicious!

RECIPE

Serves 4

500g beef sausages (preferable thin)

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 onion, sliced thinly

1 cup chicken stock

440g baked beans

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 x400g tomato crushed can

3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Place sausages in oven proof casserole dish or tray.

Drizzle some olive oil, prick them and brown them in a hot oven or grill. Dont forget to turn them and brown on other side!

Cut sausages in bite sizes and set aside.

Heat olive oil in deep casserole pan. Add onion, add some of the sauce juices and brown onion until soft.

Sprinkle flour, stir until mixed well (don't stop stirring) start adding stock in batches and keep stirring until it turns to a smooth consistency. Add tomatoes (and juice) and tomato paste. Stir for a minute. Add baked beans and sausages and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Take off heat and add parsley.

Ready to be served.
