If I put my mind to it burgers are one of my favourite foods to make. They’re easy, everyone loves them and you really cannot go wrong with a great patty!
This burger is very different to that which I have made in the past and I really enjoyed it! The sauce complimented it so well, just delicious!
I used a brioche bun that gave it a taste of sweetness.Definitely one for you to try!
Enjoy
RECIPE
Serves 4
600g pork mince
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 medium red onion, peeled and cut roughly
1/2 cup parsley leaves
1 egg , beaten
4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
lettuce leaves, chopped
Olive oil spray
Add in food processor onion, parsley, egg, mince & curry paste and process until all is combined well.
If you don’t have a processor, chop red onion and parsley finely and combine well with mince and paste.
Split the mince mixture into 4 and form into patty shapes. (this should be 2extra large tablespoons of mixture)
Spray the burgers with oil oil and BBQ or grill for approx 3-5mins on each side , or until cooked through.
Meanwhile combine the sour cream and the sweet chilli sauce . Spread on both sides on the burger bun, top with lettuce and tomato and patty, and serve.
