800g pork mince

2 tablespoons of honey

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in wok, add capsicums, celery, spring onions & snow peas. Stir fry for a minute. Add a little salt and pepper (optional). Remove from wok. Add a further tablespoon of oil in the wok and fry the minced pork. Stir-fry until well cooked through. Add the vegetables in with the pork in the wok.
