RECIPE
Makes 6
2 cups of leftover roast pork or fresh deli roast pork
6 buns (I used the brioche buns which are slightly sweeter & softer)
3 gherkins, sliced
250g lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup of aioli or light mayonnaise
Salt and pepper (optional)
Coriander (optional) ***********************
