Fajitas with a taste of Mexican and Indian, I had no idea they were going to taste so good! I happen to have roti indian bread in my fridge so I chose to use it, however you can use any flat bread you like.

Fajitas are normally made with meat This was a great recipe where the meat was substituted with salmon. It kept the mexican taste to it and it was absolutely delicious.
