CHORIZOS & GARLIC PRAWNS

You only have 10mins to prepare dinner and you dont know what to make! Here is one for you! All you need is a few chorizos, a handful of cooked prawns, a bunch of chives & a few garlic cloves .
Chorizos are full of flavour and can be eaten on their own. Stir frying them only releases a flavour that is unforgettable in your palette. The prawn are already cooked so it is only a matter of combining the favours with the garlic and chives and serving!
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
500g cooked prawns (tails can remain intact)
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
250g chorizos, sliced
1/2 cup of chives, chopped
Heat olive oil deep frying pan.
Fry chorizos for a minute, set to side of pan and add garlic.
Stir until garlic picks up a little colour, then blend with chorizos.
Add prawns, stir fry for another minute. Add chives , mix well. Ready to be served.
