These little meringue pies where out of this world!
Absolutely delicious!
But they were time consuming….
It’s the waiting for the base to set, then the filling, then in the oven to roast the meringue careful, and then lastly back to room temperature and cool off.
Yep, you need time on your side to make these.
But is it worth it? Without a doubt!!
Maybe keep this recipe for a rainy day!
