Super easy to make!
For those who don't like to cook fish, this one is very basic and it may just be the one you need to start of with.
A quick dinner idea!
RECIPE
Serves 4
A dash of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
4 x 125g fish fillets (of your choice)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic, chopped or crushed
1 tablespoon of plain flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of white wine
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Pepper snd salt
cooking spray
In a saucepan, add a dash of oil and fry garlic until it just starts to change colour , add butter, melt by stirring, add flour and combine.
Slowly add milk and whisk until boiling and mixture is smooth. Add stock, wine, lemon juice, parsley and salt & pepper.
Spray cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish, turning after a few minutes on each side. Remove from pan and place in ovenproof dish. Pour sauce mixture and combine. It is ok if fish break into bites sizes. In moderate oven for 10-15mins.
