Another super easy recipe!
With any meat that needs to be sliced, make sure it is slightly frozen. This gives you a lot more control when cutting.
Delicious once again!
1k boneless lamb
1 cup of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sliced shallots
1 onion, sliced thinly
2 gloves garlic
Partially freeze lamb. Thinly slice into bite size strips.
Place strips in a large bowl or dish. Add soy sauce, shallots, onions, garlic and pepper. Combine well.
Heat oil in deep pan and fry in batches.
NOTE: In the video, I had fried the garlic separately. There is no need for this. Add garlic to mixture.
Serve on a bed of spinach.
