SHRIMPS WITH FRESH HERBS

Shrimps or prawns, which ever way you call them, I love to eat!
Many years ago I learnt how to peel these little creatures with a knife and fork and it changed my life! (I must take a video of this)
This recipe requires peeled prawns so the work has been done for you. As easy as 1-2-3 and they’re ready to be served! Don't skimp on the fresh herbs, this is what gives them some great flavours!
1kg of peeled prawns (shrimps)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed or chopped up finely
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup of parsley, chopped
1/3 cup of marjoram, chopped
1/3 cup thyme, chopped
1/3 cup basil, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
Mix all the fresh herbs in one bowl.
Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic and fry until it starts to change colour. Add a handful of herbs and stir, add shrimps (prawns), and stir. Add the rest of the herbs and cook stirring until the prawns (shrimps) start changing colour to alight pink. Add the wine and cook for a further 2-3mins.
Ready to be served
