A simple roast lamb to go with your roast potatoes!

I have to kill my meat so the family eats it…….. I much prefer to see it pink on the inside but they like it dead.

What I like about this recipe is that the vinegar along with the garlic gives it the perfect taste and don't forget to dip the lamb pieces in the juices before you place it on the serving plate!

This will not disappoint ! Best to serve immediately.
