Yes, this hobby extends way back to 1989 and I intend on cooking this way for as long as I can.

How many times do you think maybe I won't make it just in case......
How many times do you think what if noone likes it or I make a mess of it!......

I love to show the good and the bad of a recipe.
I will also show you ways to fix what I think could be a potential cooking disaster .
I will disclose the cookbook, share with you the recipe and post a video of the 'experience' in creating the dish.
I will give you a level of experience required to cook the recipe and show you how cooking can be so much fun.
I will introduce you to my family and friends as they join me in my cooking experiences.
