If you love your fish, this is a great recipe! You can serve it as finger food at a party or as a side dish for a dinner. Just loved them! So easy to make, not heavy, not fishy, just delicious!

Makes approx 25
400g boneless white fish fillets, skinned
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 egg
2 tablespoons of ginger, chopped roughly
1 tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce
3 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
oil for deep frying (I use Olive oil only)
Blend and process fish, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger, parsley and sew and sour sauce. Add mix into a bowl. roll one tablespoon into a ball and repeat with remaining mixture.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop the balls in gently, let the turn golden and drain them on paper towel. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
