It took as long as it takes to toast your bread to have this ready to serve!

This was suppose to be a breakfast! We loved it so much, we turned it into lunch and dinner!

The bread I used, Pane de Casa, is a little on the high in calories. You may like to opt for a grain based bread for a healthier choice.

RECIPE

Serves 2

4 slices of your fab bread for toasting

1 handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

6 large spoonfuls of baked beans in tomato sauce

8 thin slices of ham (small ham pieces)

1 handful of spinach and rocket

1 handful of feta, crumbed or cubed finely

Toast your bread. Too with baked beans, ham, rocket & spinach, then tomatoes and feta cheese.

Ready to be served.
